Find ways to grow yourself within the company. Study, read, implement, practice, and find mentors. You cannot be okay with being just okay.
Do you visit those internal company portals? Do you know of the learning opportunities? The bursaries? How much of your salary (and time) goes towards registering for online short courses to make you more formidable or qualify you for better opportunities that exist within the organization?
Don’t just clock in, clock out and anticipate pay day. Water yourself, seed.
