The importance of the mentality of Greatness.
A lot us just don’t set out to be amazing anymore, we look to get away with doing just the bare minimum. Anti-Awesome. “I don’t get paid enough for that”, and “that’s not in my job description” have been two of the greatest contributors to anti-awesome.
We tend to look to play within the lines of our pay checks, with very little growth aspiration. Our attitudes, in turn, become of average delivery as opposed to excellence and exceeded expectations.
Ask yourself how you can provide an experience to your customers, not just a service.
