This is where mind power comes to play.


What do you think of yourself? What do you believe you can achieve? What do you continue to feed your subconscious mind where your greatness is concerned?


It is important that you feed your subconscious with positive affirmation to create a positive reality.

Repetitively recite short, precise, positive mantras to yourself ie;

- Only the best

- Epic Experiences

- Able, Awesome, Amazing

- Happiness is my portion

- Prosperity and provision


This part is ,quite frankly, one of the toughest. It’s weird talking to yourself. It’s also easier being unkind to yourself like everyone is to you. It’s easier believing the negative that you’ve always accepted of yourself. Break away from that.

Fact is, you won’t get this exercise correctly the first time. You won’t always remember to do it. You won’t feel like it, and often times, you won’t believe it. Keep saying it anyway. Your subconscious will do the real work.
